Ingredients

How to make noodles

1.Cut carrots into shreds and set aside

2.Cut the beans into mince and set aside

3. Chop the pork and set aside

4.Soak kelp and fungus for later use

5.Cut tomatoes into small pieces and set aside

6. Saute the minced meat until fragrant, add ginger and garlic.(You need to add enough oil at once and don’t add it halfway.I cooked it for 4 people)

7.Add in the beans and stir-fry evenly

8.Add carrots and stir-fry evenly

9.Add kelp and fungus and stir-fry evenly

10.Add tomatoes and stir-fry evenly

11.Add salt, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, MSG, and thirteen spices to taste.Add appropriate amount of boiling water (appropriate amount of sugar to enhance freshness)

12. Cook all ingredients and pour in A little sesame oil.Turn off the heat.

13.Cook the noodles in another pot at the same time

14.Put the noodles into a bowl, add vegetables to the noodles, and eat.
Tips
Oil and water need to be added at one time, do not add them halfway.The sesame oil is left to be added before turning off the heat, which adds to the aroma of the entire flavor.(The above order of cooking is based on the maturity of the ingredients)
