How to make pork and celery dumplings

1.Add appropriate amount of cold water to the flour, knead the dough until it is moderately soft and hard, and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.

2. Add pepper, peanut oil, onion and ginger to the meat filling, and stir in the same direction.

3. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and cooking wine and stir evenly.
