Pumpkin: low protein
Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 120g ) | Four ( 200g ) |
Yeast powder ( 2 grams ) | Edible oil ( 2 grams ) |
Table salt ( 1g ) |
How to make pumpkin rolls
1.Wash the pumpkin, peel and slice it, steam it in a pot and press it into puree.

2. Mix flour, yeast and pumpkin puree to form a smooth dough, let it rest for 15 minutes.

3. Wake up and knead the dough to deflate, divide into six portions, and set aside for later use.

4. First take one of the ingredients and roll it into a long strip, and cover the rest with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying.

5. Roll into 20 cm long and flatten.

6. Roll out to about 45 cm in length and brush with a little oil.

7.Sprinkle a little salt and dry flour.

8. Roll up from top to bottom.

9.Use a knife to make a cut in the middle without cutting off.

10. Use the chopsticks to press it on the left side and then on the right side.

11.Pinch both ends of the chopsticks tightly toward the middle to reveal the pattern.

12. Use the same method to pinch the other two ends.

13. After everything is done, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise to 1.5 times its size.

14. Steam in boiling water for 15 minutes and simmer for 3 minutes.
