1.Prepare the ingredients, mix whole wheat flour and corn flour thoroughly, add the sugar water (30g white sugar + 320g water + 5g yeast), mix well, knead for 5 minutes, then let it ferment for 3 hours..

2. Ferment until doubled in size and the dough will not shrink when you insert your fingers into the round hole.

3. Knead the dough evenly and continue to rest for 30 minutes, then cut into 3 large pieces , use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into a rectangular shape.

4. Mix 15 grams of sesame paste and 5 grams of bean paste thoroughly.

5. Mix the sauce and spread it on the dough.

6. Roll up the dough.

7.Cut into small triangular pieces.

8.Use chopsticks to press from the middle.

9.Put the prepared Hanaki into the steamer and let it sit for 20 minutes.

10.Steam over high heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and let it sit for 3 minutes.Remove from the cage and plate.
