1.Put flour into a basin , edible alkali.

2.Knead the noodles with warm water.Use chopsticks to stir into a fluffy consistency.Don’t make the dough too wet.Don’t use too much water.Knead until smooth.Non-sticky to hands and non-stick to pots.Seems pretty much the same.Wake up for about 10 minutes.

3. Take out the dough.Use a rolling pin to roll it out.Repeat on both sides
Roll the dough until it is a few millimeters thin.
4.Then sprinkle both sides with flour., wipe it with your hands
Cut with a knife.One by one.
Tips
Bring water to a boil, add noodles and cook until cooked.Then boil the water again to make the stock.Add your favorite vegetables and meat according to your preference and pour the soup over it.Some cilantro and chopped green onions.OK
