Eggs ( Two ) | Yeast ( Adequate amount ) |

How to make pumpkin steamed buns

1.Peel and slice the pumpkin, steam it in a pot, add milk and put it into the juicer

2. Beat evenly and pour out and set aside

3.Fold the yeast into the flour, beat in the eggs and pour in the pumpkin paste

4. Mix well and knead into dough

5. Let it rise for an hour and a half and take it out to make patterned steamed buns

6.After styling, put it into the pot and let it rise for 10-15 minutes

7.Steam for 15 minutes after boiling the pot
Tips
Be sure to cover the dough with plastic wrap or a bag when proofing, otherwise the water will easily evaporate and become hard
