Ingredients
Sweet potatoes ( two ) | Purple sweet potato ( two ) |
| Flour ( appropriate amount ) | Milk ( 250mL ) |
White sugar ( 20g ) | Oil ( 5g ) |
How to make sweet potato and purple potato pancakes

1.Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into small pieces.

2. Cut the purple sweet potato into small pieces.

3. Steam the sweet potatoes and purple potatoes.

4. Steam in about 15 minutes.

5.Crush the purple sweet potato into puree.

6.Pour in sugar, flour and milk until it becomes flocculent.

7. Knead into a smooth dough.

8. Same as above for sweet potatoes.

9.Tear into small pieces and roll into small balls.

10.Press into small cakes.

11. Coat with sesame seeds and fry in pan.

12. Fry until mature and serve.
Tips
When pressing sweet potatoes and purple potatoes into puree, check them several times to make sure there are no lumps left.Use low heat when frying.
