How to make radish stew and rub it

1. Prepare ingredients: white radish, carrot, egg, spinach and rub ( The specific method is in my recipe post: Spinach with rub)

2.Beat the eggs

3.Spread into a cake

4.Cut into strips

5.Slice the carrots and white radish in turn.

6.This is the cut white radish, carrot and egg pancake, set aside.

7.Prepare onions and garlic

8. Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces and set aside

9.Heat oil in a pan

10.Pour in the onion and garlic and saute until fragrant.

11.Pour in shredded carrots and stir-fry evenly.

12.Pour in shredded white radish and stir-fry evenly.

13.Add a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of light soy sauce, and a spoonful of consumption oil, a small spoonful of five-spice powder to taste.
