How to make meat brown buns

1.Put water, yeast and sugar into a bowl, stir well and soften the sugar.

2.Pour it into the flour basin.

3. Knead the dough like this in a basin and put it on a kneading pad to knead the dough.

4. Knead it into a smooth and stretchable dough.

5.Add 2 grams of olive oil and knead the dough for absorption.

6. Knead it into a smooth dough.

7. Divide into two portions, 90 grams of white dough.

23. Spread an appropriate amount of water on it and wrap it around.

24. Then continue to wrap it around and twist the other end to paste it, and you will have a beautiful brown bag.Once done, do the next two in the same way.

25. All done and fermented, steam over medium-high heat for 14 minutes, turn off the heat and wait for three seconds Take the pot after a few minutes.

Tips
If the room is cool, you can use 40-degree warm water or the oven fermentation function to help ferment better.
