Pork belly: moisturizing
Ingredients
Flour ( Three catties ) | Pork belly ( 1.5 catties ) |
Tofu ( half a catty ) | Shiitake mushrooms (6 pieces) |
Celery ( 1 catty ) | Eggs ( 1 ) |
Yeast powder ( 1 pack ) | Onion, ginger, garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Steamed stuffing ( 1 pack ) |
Carrot ( 1 root ) |

1.Wash the celery, cut it into pieces, add appropriate amount of warm water, and put it into the food processor to prepare the juice

2.Celery Juicing

3. Pour out the celery juice and filter out the foam.

4. Celery juice for later use

5.Squeeze the carrot juice in the same way and set aside

6.Prepare 3 pounds of flour for baking dough
