Ingredients
Vermicelli ( A small handful ) | Pork tenderloin ( 150g ) |
Marinated Toona sinensis ( Three or four trees ) | Salt ( Two grams ) |

Light soy sauce ( One tablespoon ) | Huadiao wine ( five grams ) |
White sugar ( One teaspoon ) | Cornstarch ( Two teaspoons ) |
How to make toon shredded pork noodles

1.Cut the Chinese toon into small cubes and set aside.

2. Cut the tenderloin into thin strips and add Huadiao wine.

3. Light soy sauce.

4.Grab the water and starch and marinate for ten minutes.

5. Heat the oil, put the shredded pork into the pot over low heat and slide it apart.

6. Fry the shredded pork until it changes color, add sugar and stir-fry.

8. Color the dark soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, cover and simmer over low heat for five minutes.

9. Put the noodles in boiling water into the pot and cook, remove.

10. Add a little noodle soup to the bowl and add shredded pork.

Tips
