How to make tomato and egg noodles

1. Prepare five eggs and two tomatoes.

2. Prepare 200 grams of spinach, wash and cut into sections and set aside.

3.Put oil in the pot, pour in the eggs and fry until cooked.

4.Plate the fried eggs and set aside.

5. Pour oil into the pot and add minced green onion.

6.Pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry.

7.Add salt, sugar and light soy sauce and stir-fry.

8.Pour in the fried eggs and stir evenly.

9.Put some minced garlic sprouts before serving to enhance the flavor.

10. The scrambled eggs with tomatoes are ready.

11.Put water into the pot and cook the noodles.

12.Place the noodles into a small bowl.

13.Pour spinach into the pot, stir-fry for one minute, and remove.

14. Add spinach to noodles.

15.Put the fried tomatoes and scrambled eggs on top of the noodles, and sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander.

Tips
The tomatoes must be simmered for a while, and the taste will be better with a spoonful of sugar! Tomatoes don’t have enough flavor in winter, so you can add some sauce to make them taste even better!
