Purple sweet potato (peeled and steamed) ( 75g ) | Cold water ( 135g ) |
Yeast powder ( 3g ) | Baking powder ( 2 grams ) |
Rice flour ( 115g ) | White sugar ( 10 grams ) |
How to make purple sweet potato rice cake

1.Wash the purple potatoes and steam them in a pot.

2.Take out the skin, weigh out 75 grams, add water and mix well in a food processor.(You can also use a hand masher.) Just mix the water and purple sweet potatoes into a puree.Add the sugar.

3.Add yeast powder, rice flour and baking powder.(Mix rice flour and baking powder in advance and sift.)

①The formula must be accurately weighed, note : Rice flour varies in quality and water absorption.Can be adjusted slightly.
