Minced meat ( 300g ) | Celery ( Three Roots ) |

Salt ( a small spoon ) | Sweet noodle sauce ( Three tablespoons ) |
Doubanjiang ( One tablespoon ) | Water starch ( Appropriate amount ) |

1.Ingredients: green peppers, carrots, cucumbers, and celery.

2. Chop celery and green pepper into small dices, grate cucumber and carrot.(You can blanch the shredded carrots with water.)

3. When the oil is hot in the pan, add minced meat first.

4. Stir-fry the minced meat until it changes color.

5. Add green pepper and celery and stir well.

6. Add salt, sweet noodle sauce and bean paste.

7. Stir well.

8. Add water to corn starch to make water starch.

Tips
