How to make honey bread

1. Put other ingredients except butter, white sesame seeds and honey into the container and stir with a whisk.Allow at least 5 minutes for the flour to be thoroughly mixed.Be careful not to add too much milk, otherwise it will be too thin and the dough will not be made.

2.Add butter cubes, After taking the butter out of the refrigerator, add an appropriate amount into the beaten dough and continue to mix evenly.Stir for at least 5 minutes

3.After stirring it into dough, seal the dough with plastic wrap and ferment.Ferment until roughly doubled in size.I forgot to take a photo of this part, so I put a photo of mixing the butter and dough before

4.Will be done later After the first fermentation, take out the dough and let it air. Then knead it into a small dough according to your preference, and ferment it a second time until it doubles in size

5.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes. You can brush a layer of oil on tin foil and put the dough on it to prevent it from sticking.Spread some water on the dough (to stick the sesame seeds) and sprinkle with sesame seeds.Place it in the preheated oven.

6. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, don’t bake for too long. When the bread begins to color, you can take it out and take a look.If it is not yet colored, look at it for a while until the bread is slightly colored. Finally, take it out and brush it with honey mixed with water (the ratio of honey to water is about 2:1), so that the bread will look shiny
Tips
1.Knead the dough thoroughly
2.Don’t forget to add yeast
3.Fermentation should not be too long
4.Bread should not be baked for too long
