How to make cornmeal steamed buns

1. Blanch cornmeal and sugar with 150 grams of boiling water.

2. Allow to warm.

3. Add yeast, flour and 130 grams of warm water and mix.

4. Stir into cotton wool.

5. Knead the dough and perform the first fermentation.

6. The fermentation will be completed in about thirty minutes.

Tips
1.The cornmeal must be blanched with boiling water for a better taste
