How to make nutritious flower rolls

1.Add sugar, yeast, cooking oil and warm water to the flour
2.Use chopsticks to stir into lumps
3.Make a smooth dough by hand, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise for more than half an hour.Choose the time according to the temperature

4.When the noodles are ready, prepare chopped green onions, chopped carrots and chopped ham
