How to make sugar cookies

1.Mix softened butter and fine sugar.(I used fine sugar that was ground dry for a few seconds in a food processor.You can use powdered sugar)

2.Use a measuring spoon to pour in the egg liquid in two batches, stirring well each time and then adding the next time.

3.The milk is also added in two times.

4. Drop in vanilla essence and stir evenly.

5.Sift in the flour and mix well with a spatula.Just knead it into a ball.

6. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.Roll the dough into 0.3 cm slices and cut into cubes.Place in baking pan.

7. Brush the surface with milk and sprinkle with coarse sugar.Place in the middle rack of the oven.About 12 minutes.It's ready to turn golden.
Tips
There is no need to beat the butter, just stir the liquid thoroughly each time before adding it next time.Do not over-knead the dough to prevent it from becoming stringy.
