1. Separate the butter first Melt with hot water

2.Add sugar, mix well and then add whole eggs (flow a little egg white to brush the surface, Brush before baking)

3.Mix the whole eggs, butter and sugar evenly

4. Stuff in the cake flour!

5. Stir and knead into dough! Let the dough rise for 30 minutes!

6. Roll out into a rectangle! 0.5cm thick!

7.Cut into similar sizes!

8.Twist the cut strips into a spiral

9. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and brush the surface with egg white! Bake for about 20 minutes! Every oven is different! So I arrived and watched the fire for a few minutes!

10.Finally bake and wait for cooling before sealing!
