Low-gluten flour ( 200g ) | Anjia Whipped Cream ( 220g ) |
Corn flour ( 120g ) | Milk powder ( 50g ) |
Peanut oil ( 50g ) | White sugar ( 50g ) |
Baking powder ( 0.5g ) | Lemon juice ( 3 drops ) |
How to make butter cookies

1. Have all ingredients ready.

2. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the light cream and beat it with an automatic egg beater.

3.Add 1/3 white sugar and continue to beat.

4. Add 1/2 white sugar and beat.

5.Add the remaining sugar and continue to beat until thick.

6.Pour the peanut oil into the whipped cream.

7. Pour in corn flour, low-gluten flour, baking powder, and milk powder, and stir evenly.

8. Stir the batter.

9. Line the baking sheet with tin foil.

10.Put the batter into a piping bag and choose the piping nozzle with the shape you like.

11.Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with tin foil.

12.Put it in the oven and bake at 150 degrees for 12 minutes.

13. Turn the cookies over and bake for another 12 minutes.

14. Let the baked biscuits cool and seal them in a jar or plastic bag for storage.
Tips
The batter must be thick, otherwise the baked cookies will be shapeless.
