Ingredients

1. Prepare and clean the ingredients.Vegetables can be prepared as desired.

2.① Dice the tofu, shred the cucumber and ham sausage, and shred it until fragrant.Cut onions and ginger into small pieces, shred mushrooms and fungus, and cut enoki mushrooms into sections and set aside;
