How to make tomato and enoki mushroom bean skin soup

1.Cut tomatoes into cubes, cut bean curds into strips, and slice sausages; wash enoki mushrooms and spinach and set aside; fry eggs.

2.Use the remaining oil and stir-fry the tomatoes over high heat to get the juice, pour in water and bring to a boil.Add the bean skin and enoki mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
