Eggs ( 5 (for 2 people) ) | Plastic wrap ( 1 piece ) |
Clear water ( 7 spoons of egg shell water ) | Peanut oil ( half a spoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | chopped green onion ( a little ) |
Steamed egg custard - how to make steamed eggs

1.Crack the eggs into the bowl

2.Take half a freshly cracked egg shell and pour 7 times of water

3.Stir evenly and use a spoon to scoop out the floating bubbles

4.Cover with plastic wrap (must be covered)

5.Steam in water
6.Cover and steam for 20 minutes

7.After cooking, it will be smooth and tender

8. Add chopped green onion

9.Pour in 2 spoons of soy sauce and half a spoon of peanut oil

10.Make a few cuts
