Recipe for Renbi Huajiao® Golden Soup Fish Maw Chicken

1. Prepare the required ingredients and a casserole

2. Wash and core the red dates, wash and knead the scallops into shreds, wash the wolfberries and set aside

3.Wash and chop the chicken into pieces

6. Boil chicken, scallops, and red dates for 30 minutes.Add fish maw and simmer for 10 minutes, remove and plate.

8.It is best to sprinkle with wolfberry.
Tips
Choose fish maw with a less fishy smell than Huajiao’s yellow maw.The quality is guaranteed and can be purchased at Pinduoduo and Xiaohongshu stores.If you are using it for hot pot, you don’t need to thicken it.The purpose of thickening is to lock in the juice and make the chicken taste more tender.But if you cook it for a long time, it will easily burn to the bottom.
