How to make red date, lotus root and chicken soup

1. Prepare the following ingredients.

2. Soak the whole chicken wings in clean water for about half an hour to remove the blood.

3.Cut green onions into sections, slice ginger, and wash red dates.

4. Put the whole chicken wings in the pot with cold water, add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, and boil the pot to skim off the foam.
