Red dates ( 50g ) | Wolfberry ( 15g ) |
Potati ( 5g ) | Shouwu ( 5g ) |

1. Prepare all materials, Wash the fish bones and set aside, wash the medicinal materials, remove the seeds from the red dates and set aside
