Ophiopogon japonicus ( 10g ) | American ginseng ( 5g ) |

How to cook morels with gravy

1. Prepare the required ingredients: morels, dendrobium, Ophiopogon japonicus and American ginseng.

2. Chop the pork belly into puree, add a little salt.

3. Soak the morels in warm water for 15 minutes and clean them.

4.Put all the ingredients into a casserole and add enough water.

5. Stew for about one and a half to two hours.
