Ingredients
Tomato ( 1 ) | Fat Beef Roll ( 1 bag ) |
Enoki mushrooms (half a handful) | Scallions ( 1 root ) |
Cilantro ( 1 root ) | Garlic ( 2 cloves ) |
Ginger ( 1 piece ) | Salt ( 1 spoon ) |
Five-spice powder ( Half a spoon ) | Cooking wine ( 1 spoon ) |
How to make tomato fat beef soup

1. Put the fat beef roll into the boiling water pot and add a spoonful of cooking wine

2.After cooking, remove and set aside

3. Chop the tomatoes, remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, tear them apart and clean them, cut the green onions and coriander into sections, cut the garlic and ginger into small pieces and set aside.
