How to make wakame tofu soup

1.Put the wakame into a bowl and soak it in warm water for ten minutes about.

2. Cut the northern tofu into small cubes and put it into a plate.

3. Chop the garlic and ginger into small pieces and set aside.

4. Heat the pot, add a little vegetable oil, knock two eggs into the pot, and slow down in the middle fry.

5. Fry until one side is set, then flip over and fry the other side.Fry both sides well.Use a spatula to push the eggs to the side of the pot.

6.Use the remaining oil in the pot to sauté the minced ginger and garlic until fragrant.
