Corn: remove dampness
Ingredients
Chicken nuggets (1/4) | Corn ( 1 root ) |
Wolfberry ( 10g ) | Old ginger ( 3 pieces ) |
Peppercorns ( A few ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make wolfberry corn chicken soup

1. Slice ginger, cut corn into cubes, and chop chicken into cubes.

2. Add water to the pot, add a little cooking wine, and bring to a boil.

3.After the water boils, add the chicken pieces and blanch them.

4. Wash the chicken pieces after blanching.

5.Add chicken pieces to the casserole and pour in enough water

6.Add ginger slices, peppercorns and salt, bring to a boil over high heat.

7. After boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1 and a half hours.

8.After 1 and a half hours, add corn and simmer for another hour.

9.Add wolfberry, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

10. Take it out of the pot.
Tips
1.When blanching, add a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, and the stewed chicken soup will be more fragrant.
2.Be sure to add enough water at one time, do not add more water midway.
