Red fruit (hawthorn) ( 8 pcs ) | Sydney pear ( 1 pc ) |
Horse hoof ( 8 pieces ) | Rock sugar ( 20g ) |
Clear water (appropriate amount) | Baking soda ( 1 spoon ) |
How to cook Sydney pears with red water chestnuts

1.Prepare the main ingredients.

2. Rinse the surface of Sydney pears and hawthorns with clean water and put them into a larger container.Add 1 tsp baking soda.

3.Add water that covers the surface of all fruits and soak for 15 minutes.

4.Peel the skin off the water chestnuts, rinse them and cut them into slices.

2.Hawthorn can also be cut horizontally to remove seeds for more convenience.
