1.Prepare the materials

2.Chop the lamb chops into small pieces, put it in a pot under cold water, add water, ginger, and cooking wine, bring to a boil over high heat and remove the foam
3. Take out the lamb chops, rinse them and set aside

4.Slice galangal, cut green onion into inch-inch sections, wash the spices and set aside, soak wolfberry in water and set aside

5.Put the lamb chops into a casserole, add galangal, green onion segments, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves, then add water

6.Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 1 hour

8. After about 1 hour, add the white radish cubes

10.Add wolfberry before serving
