Ingredients
Cordyceps flower ( 30g ) | Loofah ( 1 root ) |
Lean meat ( 100 grams ) | Ginger ( 5 grams ) |
Liquor grains ( 30g ) | Salt ( 4 grams ) |
| Water ( 600g ) | Cooking wine ( 20 Block ) |
Starch ( 5 grams ) |
Recipe of Cordyceps Flower Luffa Meat Soup

1.Prepare the ingredients

3.Wash the lean meat and cut into thin slices

4.Put the lean meat slices into a plate and add 2 grams of shredded ginger

5.Pour the cooking wine into the meat slices

6.Pour the starch into the meat slices

7.Use chopsticks to stir the meat slices evenly., marinate for 15 minutes

8.Soak Cordyceps flowers in water

9.Soak the Cordyceps flowers, rinse them, drain them and set aside

10.Luffa, peel off the skin

11.Wash the loofah, cut into strips, and set aside
12. Add 600 grams of water to the pot, add 3 grams of shredded ginger, salt, and distiller's grains, stir well and cook over high heat
13.After boiling, add cordyceps flowers and continue cooking

14. Boil again, use chopsticks to add lean meat one by one

15. Put all the lean meat into the pot, bring to a boil, turn down the heat and simmer for 15 minutes

16.When the time is up, open the lid and put in the loofah strips

17. Boil again, simmer for 1 minute, turn off the heat and serve out
18. Serve

2.Cut the ginger into shreds and set aside
