Red dates ( 6 ) | Ginseng ( 1 root ) |
| Ginger ( 2 pieces ) | Coconut water ( 600ml ) |
Vida Mei Zhenpin cooking wine ( 30ml ) | 10g light salt super original soy sauce ( 15ml ) |
Coconut black chicken soup without adding a drop of water Recipe

1.Prepare ingredients: Peel the dried longan, rinse the wolfberry, astragalus, red dates and ginseng, wash and cut the black-bone chicken into pieces, add coconut water, cooking wine and light salt soy sauce

2.Put 2 slices of ginger into the pot 
3.Pour in the washed black-bone chicken pieces

4.Pour in 2 spoons of Wei Damei Zhenpin cooking wine to remove the fishy smell and improve the fragrance

5.Add washed red dates

6. Add longan and astragalus

7.Put in a ginseng

8.Pour in 600 ml of coconut water

9.Close the pressure cooker lid and select the soup function

10.It will be stewed in about 35 minutes, open the lid

11.Put in wolfberry

12.Pour 1 spoon (15 ml) of June Fresh 10g light salt super original soy sauce

Tips
It is not advisable to stew the soup for too long.Stewing for a long time will easily produce more purines
Coconut water itself is relatively sweet, so add a spoonful of light salt.Soy sauce has a sweet aftertaste with a hint of saltiness, and is more delicious
