How to make black-bone chicken soup

1. Cut the black-bone chicken into pieces and put them into the pot under cold water

2. Boil the water for two minutes, take it out and wash off the foam.

3. Take the pot off and pour the cleaned black-bone chicken into the pot.

4. Add shallots, ginger, astragalus, white wine, and water, and use a pressure cooker to keep the pressure for fifteen minutes minute.

5. After releasing the pressure, add the yam, corn segments and carrot pieces.

6.Continue to maintain pressure for two minutes

7.After releasing the pressure, add salt to taste

8.Pour the black-bone chicken soup into a small bowl, add some chopped coriander, and enjoy!
