Ingredients
Wild Rice ( 2 roots ) | Tomato ( 1 ) |
Pork shreds ( 50g ) | Chopped green onion ( 10g ) |
Salt ( 2g ) | Pepper ( 1g ) |
Chicken Essence ( 1g ) | Sesame oil ( 2 drops ) |
Soy sauce ( half spoon ) | Starch ( half spoon ) |

How to make tomato shredded pork and wild rice soup

1.Peel off the skin of wild rice and wash it.

2.Cut thick slices diagonally.

3.Cut into thick silk.

4. Chop the green onions.

5. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

6. Cut the meat into shreds.

7. Add salt, pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce and starch and marinate for 10 minutes.

8. Heat the oil in the pot, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until cooked, then remove.

9. Heat the oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.

10.Add in diced tomatoes and stir-fry until pureed.

11.Add wild rice and stir-fry.

12. Add water and boil.

13.Add shredded pork and cook together.Add a little salt, pepper, chicken essence, sesame oil and sugar to taste.

14.The warming soup is ready.
