Cordyceps flower ( An appropriate amount ) | Salt ( A little ) |
Red dates ( 3 pcs ) | Ginger slices ( appropriate amount ) |
Xiao Zhao’s recipe for stomach-warming chicken soup

1. Boil the chicken in cold water, rinse it with cold water, tear off the excess yellow fat, and wash it twice again

2. Add chicken, ginger slices and red dates to the hot water in the stew pot and stew for 3 hours

3.After 3 hours, add cordyceps flowers, ginkgo fruits, and appropriate amount of salt, and continue to stew for 0.5 hours

4.Produce the finished product (you can add less cordyceps flowers if they are yellow)
