How to make yam, pork belly and big bone soup

1. Add flour to the pork belly, pinch and wash evenly, then add salt, pinch and wash evenly

2.Wash the large bones and drain

3.Put in the saucepan
4.Cut the washed pork belly into small pieces

5.Put it in the stewpot

6. Prepare the onions Ginger

7.Add to the stew pot and add appropriate amount of water

8.Place on high heat and bring to a boil, skim off the foam

9.Turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 2 hours

Tips
