Fresh shrimp ( 100g ) | Corn ( Two ears ) |
Matsutake ( 10 pieces ) | Bamboo Sun ( 5 ) |
Carrot ( One Root ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Ginger ( piece ) |

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Cut the ginger into shreds.

3. Remove heads, shells and devein from shrimps, clean and set aside.

4.Soak matsutake in advance.

5. Soak bamboo fungus in advance.

6. Cut the carrots into hob pieces.

7.Chop the corn into small pieces.

8.Add enough water to the casserole and add bamboo fungus.

9.Add matsutake mushrooms.

10. Add shredded ginger.

11.Add corn again and bring to a boil over high heat.
