Ingredients
Pork ribs ( Two ) | Yacon ( One ) |
| Carrot ( One ) | Ginger ( five slice ) |
cooking wine ( a spoonful ) | Wolfberry ( Ten ) |
How to make yacon pork ribs soup

1.Two ribs cut into cubes

2. One carrot, an appropriate amount of yacon (just about the same amount as a carrot), cut into pieces with a hob and set aside

3. Blanch the pork ribs in bloody water, add ginger and cooking wine to remove the smell, boil the water and remove the ribs, rinse with cold water and soak for 10 minutes

5.Add yacon and carrots, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer for 15 minutes, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 50 minutes.

6.Sprinkle wolfberry for decoration and prepare to serve.

7. Take it out of the pot, put it into a bowl, and start enjoying.

Tips
You can cut yacon before putting it in, and soak it in water, otherwise it will oxidize and turn black quickly.
