For one person | How to make abalone, cordyceps and flower stewed in chicken soup

1.Material preparation:
Thaw the blanched chicken in advance.(I blanched it before and took out the amount of soup that day, and froze the rest)
Fresh chicken: wash the chicken, add ginger slices, blanch it in cooking wine and set aside
3. Processing small abalone:
