Cordyceps flower: nourishes the lungs

Ingredients
Old hen ( 1 ) | Cordyceps flower ( 150g ) |
Ginseng ( 10g ) | Ginger ( 1 piece ) |
Wolfberry ( A little ) | Cooking wine ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make Cordyceps, Flowers, Ginseng and Chicken Soup

1. Wash the old hen and chop it into pieces.

2. Wash and drain the cordyceps flowers and set aside.

3. Wash the ginseng and wolfberry and set aside.

4.Crush the ginger or cut it into slices.

5. Blanch the chicken pieces in cold water.

6. Rinse the blanched chicken pieces with clean water.

7. Drain the water and put it into the pressure cooker.

8.Add ginger, wolfberry, ginseng and cordyceps flowers.

9.Add appropriate amount of water and appropriate amount of cooking wine.

10. Cover the lid and cook over high heat until the pressure cooker is out of gas, then turn to low heat and cook for another 25 -30 minutes.

11.When the pressure cooker is deflated, open the lid and add an appropriate amount of salt to taste.
