Ingredients

Cooking wine (appropriate amount) | Green chili pepper ( one ) |
How to make chicken stew with mushrooms

1.Chop the chicken into small pieces and wash them

2.Soak Mushrooms

3.Onion, ginger, garlic, onion, green chili, chopped

4.Put the chicken in hot water, blanch it and wash it

5. Heat oil, scallions, ginger, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, onions and green chilies and saute until fragrant

6.Add chicken and stir-fry for three minutes
