How to make fungus, red dates, peanuts and beef tendon soup

2.Prepare the ingredients: beef tendon, fungus, red dates, peanuts, melon

3.Soak the fungus in water for about two hours in advance

4.Clean the beef tendon, remove the blood, and cut into pieces

5. Put the beef tendon into the meat grinder, add 1 egg, 2 grams of salt, 8 grams of corn starch, and 2 grams of ginger and scallion cooking wine

6. Grind the meat for about 40 seconds until it is uniform and fine, ready for use

Tips
1.Dried fungus needs to be soaked in advance
2.Add eggs to beef tendon to make the meat more tender and smooth
3.Boil peanuts and red dates first 1 hour, it will be more fragrant and soft
