How to make apple fish head soup
1. First boil a pot of water, peel the apples, wash and dry the fish heads.

2. Fry the fish head over high heat.

3. When the fish head is almost fried, pour half a pot of boiling water into it and cook for about In five minutes, the fish soup will turn milky white.

4. While the fish soup is cooking, add ginger to the pot and pour in the remaining half pot of boiling water.

5. Pour the cooked fish soup into the pot and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes , stir occasionally with a spoon.

6.After the fish soup is boiled, add the shelled apples.

Tips
Note:
1.After frying the fish, be sure to pour hot water, not cold water, otherwise the fish soup will not turn milky white.
2.Be sure to cook the fish soup first before adding apples, otherwise the flavor of the fish will not be released.
3.Be sure to add salt, otherwise the soup will not become sweet.
4.The apples must be peeled, otherwise they will have a sour taste.
