Ingredients
Barrel bone ( 300 grams ) | Winter melon ( 200 grams ) |
Barley (30g) | Onion and ginger (appropriate amount ) |

How to make barley and winter melon tube bone soup

1.Wash the barley and soak it for more than half an hour in advance.

2.Wash the winter melon, peel it and cut into pieces.

3. Cut the ginger into slices.

4. Wash the drum bones and put them in a pot with cold water and bring to a boil over high heat and blanch the water.

5.Wash the blanched drum bones and put them into the pressure cooker.

6. Add the soaked barley and ginger slices.

7.Add appropriate amount of water and cooking wine.

8.Cover the lid and bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for half an hour.

9. After the pressure cooker is deflated, open the lid, add the winter melon and cook over high heat for 5- 7 minutes until the winter melon is cooked.

10.Add appropriate amount of salt and chopped green onion before serving.

Tips
When you add the winter melon and cook it, just put the lid on the pot and you don't have to close it tightly.
