How to make spinach and pork liver soup

1.Wash the spinach and cut into sections.

2.Cut green onion, shred ginger, and soak wolfberry.(The back part of the chopped green onions was not photographed)

3. Cut the pork liver into slices.

4. Wash the cut pork liver and soak it in water for 20 minutes.This can effectively remove blood from pig liver.

5.Drain the soaked pork liver and set aside.

6. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper and cornstarch to the drained pork liver and stir Marinate evenly for 20 minutes.

7. Boil a pot of water.
