How to make yam and pig heart soup

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2.Wash the soybeans, soak them for two hours and filter out the water.

3. Chop the pig's trotters into small pieces and slice the pig's heart.

4.Clean the yams, peel them, and cut them into hob pieces.

5. Wash other ingredients.

6.Add enough water to the pot, add ginger slices, green onion segments, and a small handful Sichuan peppercorns, appropriate amount of cooking wine, put the pig's trotters and pig's heart into the pot with cold water and bring to a boil, then cook for ten minutes.

7. Boil water in a casserole, add pig trotters and pig heart, and add soybeans at the same time , peanuts, lotus seeds, poria, red dates, wolfberries, walnuts, and ginger slices, bring to a boil again, then reduce to low heat, cover and simmer slowly.

8.Add yam after one hour, cover and simmer on low heat for another hour.
