Winter melon ( 200g ) | Cuttlefish balls ( 6 pieces ) |
Cilantro ( 1 root ) | Scallions ( 1 root ) |
Salt ( 1/2 spoon ) | White sugar ( 1/2 spoon ) |
How to make winter melon and fish ball soup

1. Prepare ingredients.

2.Peel the winter melon and clean it.

3.Cut into thin slices.

4. Cut the roots of the shallot into small sections and set aside.

5. Chop green onion leaves and coriander into small pieces and set aside.

6. Heat a little oil in a pan.

7. Add the roots of the shallot and stir-fry evenly.

8. Add in the sliced winter melon slices and stir-fry.

9. The winter melon changes color slightly after frying.

10.Pour in the fish balls.

11.Add boiling water level with the ingredients.

12.Cover the lid and simmer for 3 minutes.

13.After opening the lid, add 1/2 spoon of salt.

14.1/2 spoon of sugar to taste.

15.Finally sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander.

16. Stir evenly and serve.
