Pork belly minced meat ( 200g ) | Auricularia auricula ( Appropriate amount ) |

Starch ( a spoon ) | Ginger ( a piece span> ) |
Chives ( appropriate amount ) | Dark soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) |

Recipe of fungus, vegetable and meatball soup

1.Here’s a beautiful picture.

2. Dice the ginger and chop the chives.

3.Put the ginger and green onion into the minced meat.

4.Put a spoonful of cooking wine.

5.Put appropriate amount of salt.

6.A spoonful of light soy sauce and a few drops of dark soy sauce.

7.A spoonful of sesame oil.

8.A spoonful of starch, stir evenly in one direction.

9.Mixed meat filling.

10. Prepare the fungus and wash it.

Tips
For the minced meat, I use minced meat made from leaner pork belly.You can also use leaner pork belly to make meatballs.
